Top Ten Tuesday is brought to you by The Broke and the Bookish, and today’s Top Ten happens to be a freebie. I think it was just before I started solo blogging that they did an audio related Top Ten, and I missed out on it. Now I can do my own audio related Top Ten (divided by two,) so today, I’m going to bring you five books (and/or series) that I’d love to see in audio!
Captive Prince Series by C.S. Pacat
So, everyday I login to my Audible account and type in two names with my fingers (figuratively) crossed. C.S. Pacat is one of them. This is a series I could read over and over, and as soon as it is released in audio, I will!
Wild Aces Series by Chanel Cleeton
Chanel Cleeton is the second name I type in every day when I check Audible. (Seriously – every day. I might be a tad obsessive.) But honestly – this is a series that begs to be read – and to be re-read. It will be a happy, happy day when I own this series in audio! Sigh. Easy. In audio. Yum.
England’s Perfect Hero by Suzanne Enoch
I will pimp this author to anyone who will listen. I think she is one of the most underrated historical romance writers, and I really wish more people would read her books. I first read this series years ago when I was working overnights in a lab, and the whole series pulled me in from beginning to end. The first two books are out in audio, but I don’t know why this one isn’t out yet! #gimmiegimmiegimmie
There have many versions of this cover over the years, but this is the version I first read, and this is what my hardcover looks like, so this will always be Paradise to me. To be fair, there is a cassette audio of this floating around somewhere. I know, because I used to have it. But it’s not on Audible, and I desperately need to be. Who doesn’t want to wipe away tears and snot while listening to one of the most emotionally moving books of life?
Samantha Jellicoe Series by Suzanne Enoch
Yet another series by Suzanne Enoch that needs more readers! I read these books when they came out, and it’s the only billionaire series to enthrall me from beginning of series to end – though this was clearly Sam’s series, not Rick’s. He only thought it was. These were summer rereads for me for a while, and I would love to lounge by the pool armed with earbuds and this series! Samantha Jellicoe is just plain fun, and it’s a great way to perk up your afternoon!
So, these are my most lusted after audios! Are there some books you’d like to see in audio, or some audio books that are must reads? I am always looking for more books to add to my to be listened to list!
Yes, I have a list of books, authors whose works I am dying for on audio! I loved the Wild Aces series too.

I seriously can’t wait for Captive Prince! I’ve never heard talk about an audio, but that’s one I’d commit a crime for.

You and me both! But you already knew that. If I’d have been thinking, I also would have included Cara McKenna’s Hard Time.

I am rather new to audio so I haven’t gotten past a long list that are already on audio. But yes, I would love to listen to Captive Prince after loving it in print. I’ve yet to read Suzanne Enoch so I’ll have to check those out.

I had no clue these weren’t on audio yet….really???!!!! You would think they would put Chanel Cleeton on audio, I LOVE England’s Perfect Hero. That is such a perfect book, and I totally agree that she is highly underrated especially her backlisted books, I will have to pick up Paradise, I like McNaught quite a bit but haven’t read much of her. I like those older classic covers though.

Oh my gosh. McNaught is one of my all time favorites, and Paradise hits me in the feels no matter how many times I read it. and England’s Perfect Hero – I really need to re-read that trilogy.
Yeah, I can’t believe these aren’t in audio yet, either! Someone needs a nudge. LOL
