Breaking the Spine created this feature – “Waiting on” Wednesday, where bloggers could gush about their most coveted upcoming releases. Here’s mine:
Dimple Shah has it all figured out. With graduation behind her, she’s more than ready for a break from her family, from Mamma’s inexplicable obsession with her finding the “Ideal Indian Husband.” Ugh. Dimple knows they must respect her principles on some level, though. If they truly believed she needed a husband right now, they wouldn’t have paid for her to attend a summer program for aspiring web developers…right?
Rishi Patel is a hopeless romantic. So when his parents tell him that his future wife will be attending the same summer program as him—wherein he’ll have to woo her—he’s totally on board. Because as silly as it sounds to most people in his life, Rishi wants to be arranged, believes in the power of tradition, stability, and being a part of something much bigger than himself.
The Shahs and Patels didn’t mean to start turning the wheels on this “suggested arrangement” so early in their children’s lives, but when they noticed them both gravitate toward the same summer program, they figured, Why not?
Dimple and Rishi may think they have each other figured out. But when opposites clash, love works hard to prove itself in the most unexpected ways.

It’s quite possible that this is the most adorable book cover ever! And I do love the twist when it’s the man who is the romantic one and the pursuer. I’m so glad the release for this one is just around the corner. It looks (and sounds) like the perfect summer read!
I’m pretty excited for this one too.

I hope you got a chance to read and enjoy this book! I finished it a little while back and although I had a few problems with Dimple as a character (a bit too selfish and aggressive in my opinion), I absolutely loved the book. It’s one of those titles that leaves you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside.
I look forward to reading more from you in the future… Happy Reading! 🙂

I bought this in hardcover, but would you believe I still haven’t had a chance to read it? I can’t wait to fit it in. I have lighter ARC months in October and November, so I am hoping then!
I love the warm and fuzzy feels. 🙂
