This weeks topic is:

What are you thankful for?

So much! I had a busy year between switching jobs and moving, and I couldn’t have done it without the support of my friends and family – for whom I will be eternally grateful. It was my friend who brought the job opening to my attention at a time when I was ready to move on from where I was. And it was another friend who spent at least four nights with me staying up until midnight while I purged the heck out of my house in an effort to move as little as possible when the time came. Despite the fact that she had to work the following mornings. That’s a dedicated friend!

I’m also thankful for the book blogging community. There is no one in my everyday real life who reads as much as I do or even the kinds of books that I do, so it’s so nice to know I can fire up my computer and have an endless amount of book buddies ready to discuss whatever book I’m reading. And I’m super thankful for Birdie Bookworm, who brainstorms with me and I swear just e-grins when I go rogue and completely abandon an idea after we’ve spent hours and hours ironing it out.

Really, guys, this is just the tip of the iceberg. My blessings are endless, and I am thankful for each and every one of them.

I would love to know what you are thankful for!

  1. I’m super thankful for you too, Angie! I’m thankful that you inspired both of us way back when, and got us both jump started on our own blogs, and I’m thankful for our every day conversations about whatever randomness we’re up to. 🙂
